120 CI Big Bore Kit

Years of experience enables Patrick Racing to offer you the best performance and value in custom modifications for your Raider. This Big Bore Kit has been developed to dramatically increase the performance of your engine. Send us your cylinders and we will bore hone to 103 mm then “replate” them. PR will then custom repaint your cylinders and custom highlight all fin edges. Kit comes complete with oversize piston kit (pistons, rings, wrist pins and clips) and oversize head gaskets. “Stock” base gaskets not included.

Head Port & Polish

The Stage 2 kit includes the “complete” oversize valve application. PR will custom port and complete Serdi valve job, throat your valve seats for oversize valve application and install (8) new valves and springs. Send us your heads and we'll do the rest!

Flat Tappet Cam Kit

All parts in this cam kit are proprietary and cannot be mixed and matched with other stock or aftermarket parts. Complete kit comes with hard weld cams, ceramic faced hydraulic lifters and adjustable aluminum push rods. Kit must be used with PR Hi-Lift Spring Kit (shown below). Kit requires (good, stock) cam core exchange or a $400.00 core charge deposit.

Core charge is 90% refundable (for 30 days) upon receipt of good stock cores. 50% refundable if good stock cores are received (31 – 60 days). No refund is given if cores are not received after 60 days.

Valve Spring Kits

Custom Patrick Racing heavy duty hi-lift springs. Kit includes inner and outer springs, lowers and titanium retainers. American made for the best performance possible. A must when using the PR Cam Kit (above).
