Note: The Axle Spike must have 2 1/4" clearance between the frame (not the end of the axle but the actual swing arm) and the exhaust pipe. Or, the Exhaust pipe must be below the axle bolt (which most lowering kits will achieve). Achieving extra space between the frame and pipe can sometimes be achieved by adding spacers between the pipe mount and the pipe hanger. Call us if you have any questions. Finally a way to replace that UGLY cast elbow on the Rear Cylinder of your V-Star 1100. Our elbows, are polished and then ceramic coated to withstand constant temperatures of 1600 degrees F and intermittent temperatures of 2000 degrees F. Choose either the CeramiKrome (on left) or Black, and really dress up that unsightly area of you bike. If purchasing using the exchange program a core charge may be held until your stock one is returned.
