Road Star Big Bore Kits (re-sleeved)
Years of experience enables Patrick Racing to offer you the best performance and value in custom modifications. This Big Bore Kit has been developed to dramatically increase the performance of your engine. Oversize liners are installed in (your) stock cylinders then precision bored and honed. Kit comes complete with oversize piston kit (pistons, rings, wrist pins and clips) and oversize head gaskets. “Stock” base gaskets not included. You send us your cylinders and we’ll do the rest! Application for Road Star models.

Road Star Big Bore Kits (re-plated)
This Big Bore Kit has been developed to dramatically increase the performance of your engine. Send us your cylinders and we will bore & hone to 108 Ci then “replate” them. PR will then custom repaint cylinders and (custom highlight all fin edges on Midnight Star model). Kit comes complete with oversize piston kit (pistons, rings, wrist pins and clips) and oversize head gaskets. “Stock” base gaskets not included. This application is only available as 108Ci (walls are not thick enough to go larger).

STAGE 2
Stage 2 kit includes the “complete” oversize valve application. PR will custom port and complete Serdi valve job, throat your valve seats for oversize valve application and install (8) new valves and springs.   Available for Roadstar 98ci and 102ci models. Send us your heads and we'll do the rest!

Road Star Flat Tappet Cam Kit
Originally developed in 1999 and perfected over the years. All parts in this cam kit are proprietary and cannot be mixed and matched with other stock or aftermarket parts. Complete kit comes with hard weld cams, ceramic faced hydraulic lifters and adjustable aluminum push rods. 400 lift / 238 duration.  Kit must be used with PR Hi-Lift Spring Kit (shown below). Kit requires (good, stock) cam core exchange or a $400.00 core charge deposit.

Core charge is 90% refundable (for 30 days) upon receipt of good stock cores. 50% refundable if good stock cores are received (31 – 60 days). No refund is given if cores are not received after 60 days.
 

Road Star Billet Push Rod Tubes
Sold in pairs. These collapsible push rod tubes make push rod adjustments a breeze. No need to take apart the top end anymore to make a simple adjustment. Tubes gently pull apart for adjustment and then snap back in place when done. Not only are they practical, but also have a custom look that turns heads. CNC machined from billet aluminum with a brushed machine finish. O-rings included.

Road Star Adjustable Push Rods
Custom PR adjustable aluminum push rod set. Will fit PR Cam Kit #3043 and #3044, Roadstar 1600, Roadstar 1700 using the stock cams.

Road Star Ported Intake Manifolds
One of the simplest most affective ways to add power to your Road Star is to replace the very restrictive stock Air Intake Manifold. We have our Intake Manifolds meticulously ported by Patrick Racing to increase the amount of air your engine can take to it's maximum. This part is a great addition to any Road Star, with or without other additional performance parts.

Road Star AIS Kit
Used to cut down on annoying backfiring during deceleration after installing aftermarket pipes.  Also enhances bike's appearance by removing unsightly AIS plumbing/hoses on the left side of the engine.
