V STAR 1100 FENDERS & BODY

All our V Star 1100 fenders are top quality hand laid composite fiberglass. We offer both uncut and precut on some fenders. Our Un-cut fenders come fully skirted, and can easily be shaped to your own unique style and will easily support your passenger and luggage. Most fenders even come with faint score lines to assist you in shaping the fender to match some of our most popular styles. We also offer some precut fenders to make it simpler to achieve the look with less work. We would be happy to talk with you regarding any questions you may have, feel free to call us.

V Star 1100 Stealth Rear Fender

This fender features a much flatter profile than the above Tomcat fender. Many painters enjoy the "extra" surface area to feature murals and other more complex paint schemes.

Note: Since the Hugger fender will fully wrap "under" the tire, to achieve the "full wrap" look with the fender we recommend the use of one of our air ride suspensions.

V Star 1100 Tank Stretch Blank

This is the exact piece we make to stretch our tanks (shown below). Use this metal stretch to achieve the same look, or custom fit it to your own seat.
Recommended for advanced welders only. Do not attempt to do this modification if you are not fully experienced in doing this type of modification, and necessary body work.

PCS V Star 1100 TANK STRETCH

Our tank exchange uses an all metal stretch, cut to match one of our Potato Chip seats. We also remove the unsightly pinch welds at the bottom of the tank, then body work and prime. Once that process is complete we RED KOTE ^tm line the inside of the tank (to prevent corrosion, rust etc). Options available are a "pop up" gas cap (shown to the right) and an available flat panel to remove the speedo cluster if desired. The tank on the left is shown with both options! Check our our gallery for several pictures of our stretch tanks installed on custom bikes.

Prices start at $575 for the stretch and body prep.
