I purchased the Monster Package Full Kit 1, 10.6 to 1 Compression Pistons, 39 mm Flat Side Keihin carbs, Monster pipes, etc. All I can say is WHEW and HOLD ON!  The horse power doubled. My dyno sheet says it all.  But the proof is in the throttle.  If you're thinking about buying another bike, DON'T.  After everything got dialed in the results have been incredible.  Heads are turning all the time when they hear me coming and watch me go bye bye!

I also ordered new custom wheels and tires, 18 x 5 rear and 19 front.  I can't wait to get other must haves, tank, rake kit etc from PCS.  The bike is HOT!  I get the once over from all the custom chopper and drag bike owners.  Harley owners eat my dust!!  It's all true...BELIEVE IT.....the guys at PCS are top shelf!

When I bought my V-Star last year the one thing that really stood out at me was how high the rear suspension sat.  When the bike was on its side stand you could actually see the tread on the top of the rear tire from the side...far too high for my approval!  The price of the lowering kit almost seemed too cheap to be good but after reading all the positive reviews I went ahead and ordered one.  Wow, what an amazing difference it makes!  The bike sits like I always thought it should and looks awesome.  The kit was very easy to install, took me about 25 minutes.  The ride is just as comfortable as before.  Hats off to PCS for making a great product at a great price!

The pipes are great. They sound wicked.  I would buy these again, and will, more than likely, sell a few sets of these to friends. Well, it all started a few years ago when I first bought my bike. I was totally in the dark about just how much was available for aftermarket accessories. That was until I found PCS's website and spent hours drooling over the custom bikes on their website. Over time I was able to make one of my own to include their chip seat, polished rotor, front and rear fenders, stretched tank, and their Monster Pipe. I couldn't have done it without the always available help and reassurance of both Cary and Greg!! I can't count number of times we had talked and the advice was much appreciated!! My highlight was when I had the opportunity to meet them at a bike show in Las Vegas and to see their work in person. You couldn't ask for two nicer guys to do business with. They have always exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work and I hope to meet up with you guys again soon!!

Bought my bike new and have put almost 18,000 miles on it in the last 2 years. The first two weeks were the most fun until this last week. I ordered a new Progressive Rear Spring from PCS and installed it last weekend. Words can't convey how much nicer my bike handles and rides. My wife who rides on the back pad (bun cruncher) says it's the BEST money I've spent on my bike. I've tried a few bikes here with the 1,000 pound springs on them and I'll take this one ANY day of the week. Very soft yet totally controlled ride with or without a passenger. I've tried to bottom out and have yet to get that job done. I've also not been able to get the nerve up high enough to scrape my floorboards like I could before. No squat in the corners it just plain flat GOES !! Thanks again PCS for a great product and super service.

Got my Monster Pro Pipe and lowering kit the other day, (shipping took awhile but apparently pipes were out of stock, no biggie) and wow, that's all I can say. This pipe totally makes my bike feel brand new, plenty of new found power and a sound that is definitely the envy of all the metric riders around my neighborhood! Installed the pipe and lowering kit myself took less than an afternoon with out too much hassle. Now the bike LOOKS and SOUNDS phenomenal! I will be doing more business with PCS in the future.

I ordered the Ultimate slam kit for my Vstar Classic. Being the impatient person that I am, I couldn't wait to get my stuff and put it on. When It finally came, it was well worth the wait!!

My Star looks SICK!!!! And it even feels better as far as handling and turning.

The stock seats on Yamahas suck. A word of advice, be patient, let these guys make a seat for you, and you will not be disappointed!!!

Installed the "Monster Kit" myself with a little help over the phone from Greg. Everything was straight forward & fit just right. I was very satisfied with the performance gains. This bike hauls now especially in mid to top end, Now that there actually is a top end. I am impressed with the customer service, it can be rather difficult to get parts ordered over the phone to actually make there way to Canada. Greg also hooked me up with a back rim & 200mm tire, which fits the look of my bike really well. Thanks Guys.

Never mind seats, let’s talk performance. The "Monster Kit" rocks. You won't believe the gains. I was able to install all of the parts myself with a little coaching over the phone fro Greg & referencing the service manual. I had the Yamaha dealership dial in the carbs. Recently purchased the "regular" seat. Much better than the factory seat. Flat level seating verses the butt numbing hump of the factory seat. Plus really finishes out the look of a great low, long, and lean ride. Great job guys.... with the great Texas weather I spend alot of time in the saddle.

I thought I'd add to your testimonials to say that I flew from Hawaii to your shop in June, 2004, and you truly are good to your customers; and I really am pleased with my stainless steel spokes and hubs and the other goodies.
My bike is already slammed to the ground and your Monster Pro Pipes are unbelievable. I have had 4 friends who are H-D salesmen who say that if they didn't know better they would think they were listening to "the best sounding Harley-Davidson they have ever heard".

Just wanted you to know we got the install of the pipe all finished along with an air kit and carb jets and we are VERY happy. Bike runs GREAT and for all the hype, the pipe isn't that damn loud. We had Cobra slip-ons installed on stock head pipes before, and THEY were LOUD. Monster Pro is VERY mellow going down the road and the torque differences are incredible. When she does drop down a gear and hammers on it, it sounds like an angry hornet, VERY cool.

We stopped at the local Yamaha dealer and a guy came out and got to talking about the pipes. Before long every salesman there was out asking about it.

I heard from a friend about PCS and I thought I would check it out. After seeing the black monster pro pipes I couldn't stop thinking how they would look on my bike. I looked everywhere at different black pipes and nothing compared. I finally purchased them. I received them in about a week or so and when I installed them (I'm a first timer), the directions were very specific and went on without a hitch. After everything was put together the moment of truth was there. I expected to hear a sound that was a little better than before and then I started it and a prehistoric monster was born. You know...When I got the Roadstar, I rode it like everyone else and said to myself, what the hell is up with that seat?!? And, why are the handlebars SO far forward? I'm 6' tall and not a small dude by anyone's measure. I got wind of PCS and had 'em put on the Chip. My God. What a difference. Lower, better control, better look, you name it.

I've thrown a bunch of chrome on the bike and have finally just dropped off the bike at their shop for new bars, braided lines, chromage and a few other things. They need to keep my scooter for a few weeks and you know what, as bad as I'm jonesin' to have it back already (just dropped it off last night), I don't have a problem with them hanging on to it. I know it's in good hands. These guys gave me a good price and have always given me great service with a handshake.

Highly recommended to all, no reservations. You just don't find people like this too often, let alone in the automotive/cycling industry. Give 'em support and business guys, they got it comin'.

After looking around trying to find lowering kits for my bike I checked out the Swedish sight www.yamahacustomclub.se and found that a guy had ordered a lowering kit from PCS. The price was right so I ordered a kit. 10 day's later the mail came, and last Thursday I entered the garage and replaced the "dogbones". I can't use words to tell how surprised I got when I saw the result! The whole bike changed before my eyes and it got "complete". With the dragbarhandle, pullback raisers, supertrapp exhaust system (modified), the bike went from ‘almost finished’ to ‘finished’. The comments from other biker's was: That's a nice bike!! and, eye's almost popped out. IT'S ALL TRUE!!!!

Went down to pcs, and got the slam deal (lowering kit, potato chip seat)!!!!!!!!!. The kit slammed the seat height down a couple inches (about 5) which was perfect for me. I’m glad I chose the pcs lowering kit and the seat looks and feels great.

The custom bikes they got on the site looked even better in the shop! thx pcs!!!

I have had my "Original" PCS seat for about a month on my V-star 1100 Custom. It gets me closer to the ground, and it is way comfortable. I usually do a 200 or so mile trip every week with a guy who has the "chip" seat on his V-Star 1100 Classic. Same story from him, no complaints.

WOW.... I ordered the forward controls on Monday, and they arrived Friday, AWESOME. It took a little over an hour to remove the old set, put the new forward controls on, and have them adjusted. Installation was a breeze, adjusting them to fit me took the longest but that is personal preference. They look GREAT, the lines flow with the bike, and they look and feel sturdier than the originals. They were about a $100 dollars less than anybody else I found. I can't even describe how much more comfortable it is moving my feet 4 inches forward. I makes me feel like I'm more one with my bike.

I just want to start off and say that PCS customer service is excellent. I had a miscommunication and my seat did not get ordered when they said it did. Cary wrote me an e-mail and we had it straightened out in now time. Not too many companies like to take the blame but he did. Anyway the seat has been on the bike for 2 years and 20,000 miles all I can say is awesome!!!!!!!!!!! I can ride for hours and with the OEM after about 100 miles I was sore, and you cannot beat the price. I would highly recommend the seat to any one. I got the Original.

I just installed the Monster Pro Pipes in place of Jardine Rumblers on my 1100. I love the pipes. Sound is much deeper at idle and at speed. Two friends have 1100's - 1 with Cobra, the other HK - both full pipes. The PCS pipes sound is deeper than both at idle and at speed. When you factor in the performance gains you can FEEL (especially with an Air kit), you can't go wrong with the pipes.

The guest service that booth of Cary and Greg give was/is wonderful, and not just customer service. After riding almost 100 miles to their shop without an appointment (sorry Guys) I was invited in as a guest, a fellow biker. I can't tell you how refreshing that is. I just had to drop a not to say what an exceptional product you folks have. I started out by purchasing your lowering kit for my V Star 1100 Classic, and man, what a huge difference it made. I then had to purchase your Potato Chip seat and what an even bigger difference that made. It gave my bike the exact look I as looking for. I bought the lowering kit. Installed it in a 1/2 hr. Love it.I can slam it when I ride solo and when the misses wants to go it takes 3-5 minutes to put it back to stock setting. I'm gonna get the original seat here pretty quick. Thanks PCS

AWESOME seat!! I bought the ultimate slam package. I love the look of the seat and when I slammed the bike it even looked better! Installation was very easy. It took about an hour and half. Where to start? I initially ordered the Ultimate Slam kit and an AIS kit in February, and had them installed the day I got them - WOW what a difference! I swear I sit 4 inches lower than stock. (of course I had to shovel snow to get the bike into the garage from the shed, so I couldn't ride it yet - arghhhh!)

Then I decided spring was a ways off and went ahead and ordered the air cleaner and had Greg and Cary Chrome it for me as well.

The bike is now together, the snow is gone (almost) and I've had her out on the road again. I can't believe the difference in the feel of riding now with the chip seat and lowering kit. And the look of that DPM air cleaner is fantastic! Thanks again guys for your wonderful and fast service, as well as a great product!

I was skeptical at first -- how can a seat which cost a fraction of the competition's be as good as the competition -- I said NO WAY possible! That was until I sat down on one of your seats. I immediately said YES WAY possible! All I can say is that PCS may not have the brand name of Corbin or Mustang or LePera and all those other brands - remember this, let your butt do the judging and you will soon realize that the PCS seat is as good as any of the others mentioned (plus you save mucho $$$ for the chrome goodies).

The cool thing about the guys is that they know how to wrench and they know their Yamahas. For me it was worth the 200+ miles round trip to get there and back. The advice and work (fixed most(?)of the things the dealer screwed up on) they did for me was worth my time. In fact, I hope to see you guys soon. By the way, PCS sells more than just seats -- this website does not do justice for all the other goodies they sell. SoCal riders, make the trip to Dana Point and do yourself and your bike a favor. I'm sure glad I did.

Hey guys, received the ultimate slam package today and installed the seat and lowering kit in 1 hour (by myself). The seat fits me like a glove and really does change the appearance of the bike for the better. The lowering kit is awesome very easy to install and adjust the best thing is if I get tired of riding LOW I can adjust it up a bit for a different look all together. You guys have been a great pleasure to work with and will continue to do business with you and tell others about you. Thanks again for your knowledge and professional attitude.

After having Pacific Coast Star add a few things to my Royal Star I love the seat. I am much more comfortable and the ride looks great. Cary and Greg... Just a word of thanks to the guys at PCS. I called them with a mechanical problem with my bike. I hadn't bought a thing from them, still they helped me with my problem. I just bought a potato chip seat after lower the bike myself (3in in back, 2 1/4 in front). feels soo freakin great!! I'll do business with those guys anytime

The "Original Seat" is AWESOME. (Like everyone else has stated).
I have the seat rail on my bike and I just have to say that this seat is THE BEST match for this Seat Rail. The curves and match up are exactly the same. Better than stock. The Corbin Boulevard seat does not work at all.

I just road 600 miles in the past 2 days and I have to say my butt is not aching at all!

Cary and Company are great to work with.

Mt. Baldy & A Coastal Sunset Cruz-z-z!

Early one July morning, the San Diego Star Club met for a group ride up to Mt. Baldy. It's about a 300 mile round trip if you follow the coast line back.

First, all the members had to gather round my bike and comment about how way cool and/or wicked the 'Warrior' looked. And, how did I lower it and where did that seat come from? I pointed to my Pacific Coast Star hat and shared the web site address with them.

The ride was a combination of freeway speed runs and mountain twisties in 105 degree heat. My seat stayed cool and comfortable while the bike handled great! The long coast line cruise was awesome during a perfect sunset. What a way to experience a cool bike set up and a fun ride...

It is so nice to deal with the guys at P. C. S.. Top notch customer service, and they deliver a great product. The factory seat was a back killing, butt breaking nightmare. Pacific Coast Star really delivered everything they said they would with there ORIGINAL seat. I only get out of the saddle if I want to now .Thanks guys, I really enjoy this scooter again.

Had Greg and Cary custom fit my seat because I was close enough to take it to them and they lowered my ride 2 1/4" for my while I waited. The best testimony I can give is 12K on the bike after the mods and not a sore butt to be found. I will be getting my Midnight Star next week and will have it lowered and the seat cut down ASAP. These guys are the best and their work is too.

Wanted one of your seats and finally decided to try the "potato chip". It takes a while to get used to the ride (as good or better than stock), but I really like the look it gives the Classic. If you want the stock width, go with the "original". If you want a good feel and a great look, get the "chip". This one modification made the biggest difference in both the comfort and looks of my ride.

I shopped the entire market and found the PCS Original to be the best value and had lots of good testimonial feedbacks about the seat and the excellent service. I agree Cary and Greg are really interested in customer satisfaction. I was fortunate and had a great ride to their shop to get the seat. While there and recognizing these guys cared about me and answered my many questions, I bought a lowering kit also. Both the Original and the lowering kit make the bike a lot more balanced and after about 500 miles of riding, the seat is much better than the stock one. I expect it to get better as time passes. I am over 60 years old and really needed this to make my riding more enjoyable.

Anyone interested in lowering the RoadStar should look into the Pacific Coast Star lowering kit. Excellent quality; simple installation (and I'm no wrench -- but I'm starting to feel like one). Took about 75 minutes from start to finish. Definitely improved the ride and the look. Make sure you have a standard and a stubby 17mm wrench, a 17mm socket, and a universal joint adapter for that one hard to reach bolt at the bottom of the relay arm. Take my word for it (from someone who didn't want to grind a part to do the flip --which I know is free), the PCS lowering kit is worth the price. Works great with their Potato Chip seat. BTW, I don't work for 'em and I don't make any $$$ from 'em.

NO MORE GUMMI BEARS FOR ME! Just back from 1265 mile trip to Myrtle Beach, including a little jaunt into North Carolina. The potato chip is better than I had even hoped. NO tailbone pain! Feels good, looks good. It sits me a couple inches lower than stock, and with the rear lowering kit and 2" risers on the bars, I've got the perfect kinda laid-back driving position for me. The ONLY complaint I have is that it took almost a month to get the seat. You might want to ask how long it'll take when you are ordering it (I didn't) so you are not waiting impatiently. Plan ahead. I think you'll find it's worth the wait!!

Just got my Potato Chip, old seat UPSing it's way back to you. Love the new seat but I would caution any new owner of your seats that you will be sitting lower. Therefore it would be wise to SHORTEN THE CHAIN ON YOUR WALLET!!!

My wife hates the PCS original seat! Maybe that is because it is on my bike and makes me want ride ALOT more. With the PCS seat I look at fuel stops as a nuisance not a break for my derrier. My wife might hate it, but I LOVE it and my kid loves the comfort of the PCS pillion over the stock! Great job from a couple of great guys.

I tried out my "original" seat today for the first time. I rode 254 miles, and I have to say it is the best $80. I have spent on my bike. I butt didn't get numb and tingling sensation I normally get from the stock seat. One of my friends had to try it and he is ordering one tomorrow. Customer service was great. I even canceled one order for a bike I sold and they didn't fuss one bit. Great guys to work with

Finally got the chance to take a ride with the new potato chip seat on my Classic. What a difference! Love the way you feel a part of the bike instead of riding on top of it! Just a short ride but the seat felt really comfortable. Craftsmanship is top quality. Seat really looks good on the bike. Your prices are so reasonable too. Thanks for offering such a good seat for a great price.

I returned my stock seat the day I received the potato chip. I just knew I'd love it even before taking a ride.

Keep up the good work! I'd recommend the PCS seat to everyone.

PCS custom cut my V-Star seat and it is like riding a lazyboy recliner. I didn't like the stock seat on my new V-Max so I had PCS Custom cut the V-Max seat. Well, I just did 75 miles on my V-Max and it works great. Thanks.

Cary and Greg customized my seat to fit me better and support my back. As an Orthopedic Surgeon, I can recommend this seat shaping to ease the back. It is much more comfortable now due to improved ergonomics. That same night they lowered the back of my bike with their "special" kit. With the new seat and the lowered wheel, the bike definitely handles better. Seems there is more traction on turns due to lower center of gravity. This metric bike is looking more like an expensive Harley every time I go to Pacific Coast!!!!!

Well the wife has gotten some seat time on the passenger seat and she said there is a noticeable difference. A lot more comfortable on her butt and back. We have only done a few short rides, but she is much happier. Now we're both stylin' and happy on our PCS seats!

I have just witnessed a "Butt Miracle." I installed your redesigned "original" seat, and spent 20 minutes just sitting on it--almost lounging in it. Then I rode it for over 1 painless hour. You guys are the Sultans of Seats. It's sad to think that so many people will pay so much money for "overpriced, over-hyped name-brand seats" when all they need is a PSC Original or Potato Chip seat. I'll do my best to make sure my Yamaha friends know about you.

I sent my custom painted helmet for you to match the custom paint on my bike, and the results are in. The seat blends in with the bike and does not distract from it as the standard black did. It is awesome. The "potato chip" seat is also more comfortable, I'll even ride when it is in the 40's. It is that good. If anyone needs a seat I tell them there is only one place to get one. Your product is fantastic. Thanks again.

Hi Cary, Well I finally got the new seat installed between rain showers and got a sunny 88 degree day today to try it out. It's just what I've wanted, as a return again rider after a long layoff I feel much more comfortable on the bike now.
