If that applies, we will contact you with the additional shipping charges, which must be PayPaled to us separately. ** Certain restrictions may apply. PayPal funds are controlled by PayPal. We cannot insure that funds will be delivered to us. Any delays must be taken up with PayPal and not PCS. Since PayPal does not allow us to pre-authorize transactions, once you send us the funds the will immediately be deducted from your account. ANY REFUNDS for ANY reason will be charged a refund fee of at least 5%.
